Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. When you place a deposit, we immediately reserve design time and begin planning your project. Because this time cannot be reallocated to other clients, deposits cannot be returned.
Custom Website Design Services
Custom website design services are non-refundable due to the significant time, labor, and creative resources involved. Each project is tailored specifically to your business and begins immediately upon commitment.
Revisions
Clients may request revisions according to their selected package. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction before launch. Additional revisions beyond your package scope may be subject to extra fees.
Digital Products & Downloadable Files
Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable. Once a digital asset has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchase.
